Nicole pandak, PT, DPT
Nicole earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg, in 2019. Prior to graduate school, she attended Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia where she received her Bachelors of Science in Cellular, Molecular, and Physiological Biology. While at CNU, Nicole played for the Nationally Ranked Women’s Basketball team and participated in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Nicole worked as a lead Physical Therapy technician, training other technicians throughout the Maryland and Northern Virginia area before pursuing her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
During her graduate studies, Nicole’s heart to serve others lead to opportunities for her to provide Physical Therapy services to the underserved populations in St. Lucia and Guatemala. Nicole completed her clinical training in acute inpatient and outpatient neuro-rehabilitation, long term acute care, pediatrics, as well as outpatient orthopedic and prosthetic settings. This included a rotation with Lawrence Rehabilitation – The Gait Center where she enjoyed her experience so much that she decided to return home to Richmond to join the team! Nicole has worked with a wide range of patient populations and seeks to find creative and patient specific ways to assist and guide her clients to achieve their goals.
When she is not in the clinic, Nicole hopes to continue to pursue her passion to serve others, as a team leader on Service Trips to Guatemala and St. Lucia. Additionally, she enjoys going camping, traveling, and visiting the beach. She also loves to play board games, paint, and draw. Her most recent adventure has been learning to garden.
